Our patent
"Silicone compound and its cured product" was recognized as patentable
by the EU Patent Office on March 15, 2023.
Registration
procedures are currently underway in EU countries.
Two projects funded Government are adopted(23.06.05)
This time, our
proposal was adopted for the IP landscape support project commissioned by the
Japan Patent Office and National center for Industrial Property Information and
Training (INPIT).
In addition, we
have been selected for the overseas expansion support project by experts of the
Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) "Consortium for New Export
Countries".
The former is to
clarify the strengths and weaknesses of the patents and registered trademarks
owned by our company compared to other companies.
In addition, the
latter will receive support from experts when exporting technologies and
products that utilize these patents and registered trademarks.
This
is the result of the official recognition of our company, SMP Technologies’s policy of developing
unique and differentiated technology, and we will strive to commercialize it

registered as a Japanese patent. This product has already been used for wigs
and various lingerie under the trademark SMP Dilatant-W, and it is expected

Trademarks have been named with the belief that they should be a better representation of their properties. This case is also a trademark of SMP Foam, which has "Dilatant, Dilatancy (characteristic that rigidity increases as the frequency increases)". It will be applied in order to each form, such as Yarn, Ink etc, of SMP material with this unique Dilatant property.
